We are well aware that PST is the default file extension for storing MS Outlook mailbox data. This file format is exclusive to Outlook and cannot be accessed in any other application. Hence, converting the PST file to a more popular and compatible file format (TXT, VCF, RTF, HTML, MSG, EML, MHT) is a safe option to opt for in order to facilitate easy access of Outlook mailbox data in different applications.
The conversion tool allows you to export the entire PST file data items including email messages, contacts, calendar events, notes, tasks, etc. to a number of different file formats.
Select 'Add Configured Mailboxes' option to select one of the configured mailboxes from the list. Use 'Select & Add Other PST File' to directly select the PST to be converted.
The tool will list all the items in the selected Outlook mailbox. Now, you can export selective item folders from the PST file by checking or unchecking the folders accordingly.
Once you select the file format to export the PST file items, Outlook Conversion Software will create all the folders at the destination location and save the data into the respective folders.
